Before the accolades of college degrees and titles of my pursuit of passions, comes the definition of who I am; a disciple in Christ. I want to know and follow hard after the saviour of my life, and through knowing Him I may know my purpose in this earthly existence.
As a creative person, my goal is to integrate my faith and my gifts in a way that is edifying to those around me. That being said, I honestly don’t know how it all works. This blog serves as my external thoughts on how I’m trying to figure the relationship of being creative and serving God.
I am currently a Masters student at Dallas Theological Seminary studying Media and Communications. My fancy work title is Associate Director of Visual Design, but my real title is “Make Things Look Pretty” with graphic design principles and UX principles. My night job is a design freelancer. And the most important job of all is loving my wife Holly.
